New for 2020, LG has announced a new art-inspired GX Gallery series as part of its TV line-up.
Taking the viewing experience into exciting, new territories, the GX range offers a minimalist back-to-wall aesthetic, made possible by OLED’s revolutionary panel technology which does not require a backlight.
It also includes a gallery art feature, turning the TV into a work of art when not in use.
This results in a refined hanging art style TV with state-of-the-art picture quality, producing the deepest blacks, most realistic colours, and infinite contrast, providing a truly discrete yet ultimate TV experience in the living room.

Its ultra-thin, sleek form factor measures just 20mm deep with no need for a separate unit for the electronics and connections, With a flush recessed wall bracket provided and speaker upgrade connectivity, the GX offers a CI optimised solution which mounts flush to the wall, blending seamlessly into any space.
The GX features the new α (Alpha) 9 Gen 3 AI Processor, which uses additional processing power and advanced deep learning algorithms to further boost picture, sound quality, and immersion. It also adds support for the NextGenTV broadcast standard, which aims to deliver an enhanced over-the-air UltraHD viewing experience.
Supporting 4K Ultra HD with wide colour gamut and high dynamic range (HDR), the GX range ensures highest-quality viewing.
The new Filmmaker Mode ensures the content creator’s vision is delivered exactly as intended.
It also embraces HDMI 2.1, supporting eARC (enhanced audio return channel), VRR (variable refresh rate), ALLM (auto low latency mode), and 4K/120Hz, resulting in higher resolutions and faster refresh rates.

The GX supports ThinQ AI smart features for simple and convenient control of the home IoT ecosystem, including built-in Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. The webOS smart platform allows easy access to high-quality content from apps and services such as Apple TV, Disney+, and Netflix. It also supports HDR10, dynamic Dolby Vision HDR, and Dolby Atmos surround sound for the ultimate viewing experience, putting the viewer right in the heart of the action.
The GX models also feature the HDR Gaming Interest Group’s HGiG Mode so gamers can enjoy high quality visuals when playing HDR games via consoles on their LG TV.
Available in 55-inch, 65-inch, and 77-inch models, the LG GX TVs are all available to integrators, via AWE.
