Epson is expanding its 4K laser projection offering with two new models designed for premium home cinema and custom-install applications. The EH-LS7000 and EH-LS7500 combine advanced AI image processing, high-brightness 4K laser projection and smart home integration, providing flexible solutions for dedicated media rooms and multi-purpose spaces.
With image sizes of up to 500 inches, the new projectors are designed to deliver a large-scale viewing experience across movies, sport, gaming and streamed content, while offering the integration features expected in today’s connected home environments.

Designed for Custom Installation
The new range focuses on two installation applications.
The EH-LS7000 is a 3,600-lumen 4K laser projector designed for dedicated media rooms and high-performance entertainment environments. It features advanced AV control integration and ISF-certified image optimisation, making it suited to professionally designed home cinema systems.
The EH-LS7500 introduces Epson’s first short-throw professional home 4K projector. With 3,500 lumens of brightness, its short-throw design provides greater flexibility where room depth or projector placement may be restricted, making it particularly relevant for multi-purpose spaces and more challenging installations.
Both models use Epson’s 3LCD projection technology and support HDR10 and HLG for enhanced colour, contrast and image detail.
AI-Powered Image Processing
At the heart of the new projectors is Epson AI imaging, powered by the MT9681 processor. The system analyses content in real time to optimise picture quality across different types of viewing.
Key features include AI Picture Quality (AI PQ Scene 2.0+), which dynamically adjusts colour, clarity and contrast, alongside intelligent upscaling for lower-resolution content.
AI contrast and motion processing are also designed to improve fast-moving content, helping to deliver smoother motion and deeper black levels across films, sports and gaming.

Increased Brightness with Low-Noise Operation
Epson has also introduced LD Boost Technology, which delivers up to 12% more brightness while maintaining low operating noise.
With brightness levels of up to 3,600 lumens and operating noise from 22–25dB, the projectors are designed to provide strong performance without becoming a distraction within the viewing environment.
The combination of laser light source, 3LCD technology and HDR10/HLG support provides installers with a flexible projection platform for a range of premium AV applications.
Matter Integration for Connected Homes
Both projectors also support Smart Matter, allowing them to form part of a wider connected home system alongside compatible platforms including Google Home, Samsung SmartThings and Home Assistant.
For custom installers, this provides additional flexibility when integrating projector control into broader smart home environments, without being tied to a single ecosystem.
