This year we have four dedicated Technology Zones, two Projection Demo Rooms, and a Racing Simulator competition, featuring the Base Performance Blade. It’s safe to say that AWE Village is back with a BANG for EI Live! 2022 with its greatest footprint yet – super-sized in line with AWE’s industry-leading brand portfolio. We will debut exclusive industry product launches from LG and Epson and showcase brand new products from Bowers & Wilkins, Sony, Hisense, and more!

AWE Ei Live! Exclusive launch – Meet the LG Objet Easel TV
Exclusive to AWE and making its UK debut at Ei Live 2022, discover the LG Objet Easel. This unique 65-inch 4K OLED TV features an easel-inspired design. A motorised sliding fabric cover means clients can change the appearance of the LG Objet Easel between a floor-standing TV, a piece of art, or a discrete piece of furniture at the press of a button. Use ‘Line View’ options to show daily news headlines or sports fixtures in the top part of the screen only or switch effortlessly to ‘Full View’ to reveal the complete screen. Gallery Mode options displays minimalist art videos when the TV is not in use.

LG OLED evo tech provides incredible picture quality, expressing a 20% brighter image. Whites are whiter, blacks darker, and details even more defined than standard OLED TVs. Fully compatible with 3rd party control solutions, this masterpiece is an Ei Live must-see!

AWE Ei Live! Exclusive – Big News from Epson!
The Epson Projector Demo Room headlines with the well-known EH-LS12000 and brand new EH-LS800B, alongside the EH-TW6250 from their brand new projector range. The EH-LS800B is a 4K PRO-UHD1 150″ Smart laser projection TV, and part of Epson’s new EpiqVision Ultra range. This super-ultra-short-throw laser projection TV is sleek in design and provides an 80″ image from a remarkable 2.3cm away from the wall, with the option to adjust the distance for larger images up to 150”

Equally as amazing is the EH-TW6250, a 4K PRO-UHD projector with fantastic gaming features. This Android TV™ means you can easily stream and cast entertainment to a smart and flexible display solution. Housing Epson’s 3LCD technology this TV offers exceptionally bright yet colourful images by producing an equally high white and colour light output.

AWE Ei Live Exclusive! URC Speakers with toolless installation.
Check out URC’s new HDA amplification and architectural SP-6EX & SP-8EX High-Performance Two-Way In-Ceiling Speakers,. The beauty of these speakers is their toolless installation. Simply connect the speaker wire to the removable terminals, install the speaker into the cut-out and then push down the levers to engage the clamps to the drywall. The unique clamping system locks the speaker in place!

The Ultimate in Acoustics
The AWE Village will house two audio zones. Firstly, in the Bowers & Wilkins Zone integrators can see the newest architectural in-wall and in-ceiling loudspeakers for home cinema and whole-home projects. Expect to be wowed by the 800 Diamond Series and 700 Series architectural loudspeakers and CT series in-wall subwoofers, alongside iconic floor-standing loudspeakers from the Bowers & Wilkins range.

The second Audio Zone unveils processors, receivers, amplifiers from Denon and Marantz, and whole-home audio from Denon featuring HEOS technology. Attendees can also discover the new Rotel custom installation amplifiers – the C8 and C8+ that leverage the company’s 60-year audio engineering heritage to deliver exceptional acoustic performance.

Marvel at Cinematic Brilliance
In the Sony Projector, Demo Room see their brand new XW series compact Native 4K SXRD Laser Home Cinema projectors, VPL-XW7000ES and VPL-XW5000ES – the first public showing outside of AWE’s show facility in Epsom. These high-lumens projectors pack 3840×2160 native 4K resolution and laser light source into a small chassis. Powered by Sony’s ‘X1™ Ultimate for Projector’ processor, based on the acclaimed BRAVIA TV technology these projectors feature Dynamic HDR Enhancer and Object-based Super Resolution to create unrivalled image clarity.

Also on show is the Hisense L9 ‘laser TV’ that has all the features of a ‘standard’ smart TV but comes in two parts – an ultra-short throw laser projector and a 100”, or 120”, ambient light rejecting TV – which is the secret to achieving a big screen experience for under £4,500! The console is a DLP with 3 lasers – red, green, and blue producing sharp, punchy colours. Coming in at 3,000 lumens, the triple Laser engine presents consistent colour and brightness over a 25,000-hour lifetime!

Look at the Sony TV Zone to learn about the latest enhancements in the brand’s 2022 line-up. Visitors can experience the EI Live! premier of Sony’s 65” Bravia XR A95K QD-OLED. Sony’s Bravia XR A95K combines QD-OLED with the XR OLED Contrast Pro and XR Triluminos Max, boosting colour brightness up to 200%. Guests can also see Sony’s new Mini LED panels, which now have an even higher number of LEDs. Each LED is controlled and reacts instantly to changes in light source brightness for a super sharp image.

Take Control
In the Control Zone, integrators can learn what’s new in the URC Total Control platform, including the new Accelerator 3 software, featuring the Expressway option on the software for simpler installations. There’s also a display of Ring X-line innovative security solutions and the latest products from HDANYWHERE, Philips Hue and representation from Silent Gliss, for a huge range in a fully supported window shading portfolio.

Buckle Up!
Test your racing skills – integrators get ready because AWE is inviting you back to the driver’s seat! Reviving its popular AWE BPS Sprint Cup, integrators can put their foot to the floor and experience the thrill of driving an Aston Martin AMR GT4 in the Blade Sim from Base Performance Simulators (BPS). The fastest of the show will win a magnum of Moet – so may the fastest integrator win!
