‘Draw To The Future’ Competition (T&Cs)


Terms & Conditions/Privacy Policy – AWE ‘Draw to the Future’ Competition

1. Eligibility:
Open to children aged 7–11 (KS2). Entries must be submitted by a parent/guardian, or with their permission, on behalf of the child. Entrants must be residents of the UK.

2. How to Enter:
Entries must be submitted by email to: awe@wildwoodplus.com, with the subject line: DRAW TO THE FUTURE COMP.
Each entry must include:

  • Child’s first name
  • School year group
  • School name
  • Short description of the drawing

3. Deadline for Entries:
All entries must be received by Tuesday 30th September 2025, 23:59 GMT.

4. Judging Criteria:
Entries will be judged by Stuart Tickle, Managing Director at AWE, based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the theme of “Smart Homes in 90 Years’ Time.” Judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Prizes:

  • 1st Place: £500 donation to the winner’s school for STEM initiatives, plus an art set and a gold-coloured personalised certificate.
  • 2nd & 3rd Place: An art set and a silver or bronze-coloured personalised certificate.

6. Winner Notification:
Winners will be contacted via the email address used to submit the entry. Winning entries will be announced on Friday 3rd October 2025 and shared via AWE’s official channels.

7. Use of Entries:
By submitting an entry, the parent/guardian grants AWE and Wildwood Plus the non-exclusive right to reproduce, display, and publish the drawing and description in AWE’s marketing, PR, and social media channels, including but not limited to its website, LinkedIn, Instagram, printed materials, and trade show displays. No identifying information (e.g. email addresses) will be published without prior consent.

8. Data & Privacy:
All data collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition. Entries and associated data will be stored securely and deleted within 90 days of the competition closing date, unless explicit consent is given to retain them.

9. Safeguarding:
Entries must be submitted by an adult (parent/guardian or teacher). No children’s personal contact details will be collected or shared. Only the first name, year group, and school may be referenced in promotional materials.

10. General:
No purchase necessary. Prizes are non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered. AWE reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms at any time.
